Stroller Sculpt

Hosted by Humanly Well, weekly stroller sculpt class at Midtown Tampa. Every Thursday at 10am for 45 mins. Strollers and babies are optional, but bring your mat. This class is led by a certified pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist, providing modifications for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy, early postpartum, and beyond. Including safe movements for pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti (ab separation), cesarean recovery, and more.
