The Children's Board Family Resource Centers (CBFRC) function as a strong, collaborative partnership with agencies committed to families in our communities. The Centers are proudly managed by Lutheran Services Florida. Funding for services is generously provided by the Children's Board of Hillsborough County. The Children's Board invests in partnerships and quality programs to support the success of all children and families in Hillsborough County.
